Cancellation, Returns & Exchange

This page explains cancellation, return and exchange for orders placed on pavechain.net. Because many PAVECHAIN pieces are made to order, some rules differ from standard e-commerce — please read before ordering.

1. Standard (in-stock) pieces — 14-day withdrawal

For pieces not made to order and shipped from stock, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, returning the item unused and in its original packaging, without giving a reason.

2. Made-to-order pieces — no withdrawal right

For pieces produced to your size/preference, engraved or specially prepared, there is no right of withdrawal under Article 15/1-ç of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Such pieces are clearly marked "Made to Order" on the product page and confirmed before purchase.

3. Faulty / damaged goods — not an exception

The exception in section 2 applies only to change-of-mind returns. If a product is faulty, damaged or different from your order — even if made to order — your rights to free repair, replacement or refund under Law No. 6502 always remain reserved. Contact concierge@pavechain.net as soon as possible after delivery.

4. Order cancellation

Cancellations requested within the first 24 hours, before made-to-order production begins, are free of charge. After production begins, cancellation requests are assessed case by case.

5. Size / exchange

For standard pieces, size exchange is free within 14 days of delivery. For made-to-order pieces, exchange is assessed according to the nature of the item.

6. Refund timing

Once the returned item is received, the refund is issued to your payment method within 10 business days.
