This Distance Sales Agreement is drawn up between the SELLER and the BUYER for an order placed via the Site, under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

BUYER: as entered at the time of order.
The sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER on the SELLER's Site, and the parties' rights and obligations under Law No. 6502 and related legislation.
The type, quantity, sale price (VAT included), payment method and delivery details are as stated in the Pre-Information Form and order summary presented to the BUYER at the time of order, which form an integral part of this Agreement.
Orders are prepared within at least 15 business days (45 days for the Sinan the Great collection) and shipped free of charge, in Türkiye and abroad.
As set out in the Cancellation, Returns & Exchange page, which forms part of this Agreement.
